A space for spaceholders
Village of Circles is a space for spaceholders — those who hold ceremony, who hold circle, who walk beside others toward peace and healing. You have spent so long tending fires and holding people through tender passages, often figuring everything out by yourself. Here, the ones who hold are also held.
Why we made this
Most spaceholders carry everything alone — the logistics, the preparation, the quiet administration, the figuring-it-out — and all of it pulls attention away from the work that truly matters: being fully present with the people in their circle. We made this village to gently carry the rest, so more of your care can return to the sacred work of holding.
What the village is
A village for each spaceholder and their circles: a place not to be alone, to be respected, to share openly, and to learn from one another. What one spaceholder learns, the village remembers — so the next need not begin from nothing.
We stand downstream of many living traditions, and we hold them with gratitude: as borrowed fire, kept alive across generations by the elders and peoples who carried them. The traditions lead; our tools simply stay out of the way.
Not competition — a shared field
This is not a place of competition. The world's longing for healing is far greater than the few hands holding space for it — there are too many seeking, and too few circles. In that truth, spaceholders are not rivals; they are kin in one work. When one of us is supported, the whole village grows stronger, and more people find their way to peace.
In time
We are beginning quietly, with the spaceholders. In time, we hope it becomes easier for anyone to find a circle they feel aligned to — because alignment is a felt thing, a resonance, a sense of the way that is yours. And we hope, in time, the village helps bring forth more spaceholders and more circles, so that fewer of those who seek healing are left waiting. These are our hopes for the road ahead, held with patience.
